Aklank Senior Secondary School is named after a famous Jain Saint Swami Aklank Dev. It was established in 1937 with an aim to give shape to “uncut diamonds” and to give quality education to all the sections of the society to bring out their sparkle.
Established with a motive to imbibe Indian traditions and values along with modern world teaching in order to enable students develop their skills and become enlightened and laudable citizens of modern India.
The school is equipped with all modern amenities, has spacious and well ventilated class rooms, audio-visual rooms, smartclass rooms, excellent labs and well stocked library.
It also has a fully air-conditioned hall for all sorts of indoor activities.
This school provides a sound education designed to prepare students for the world of tomorrow in an environment that promotes maximum growth and development of the children.
MANAGEMENT’S VIEWPOINT
Education is the basis of all progress. It is for this very reason that we forayed into education, about 75 years ago. Decades of experience has taught us that progress is possible only, if men and women are equally well- educated.
The entire purpose of education is not to restrict itself to imparting bookish knowledge only but inculcate humanitarian values like wisdom, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and reliability in a student.
